The National Association of Nonprofit Professionals (NANPP) is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to advancing the skills of nonprofit employees and providing career growth and self-care opportunities.


We are proud to be the first organization to place the needs of all nonprofit employees first.  Representing more than 11 million nonprofit professionals in America, NANPP advances its mission by providing resources and meaningful connections to professionals, academia, retirees, and student members to support nonprofit employees' goals.

Professional Membership is offered for professionals at only $100/year or you may be interested in our Monthly Access Pass for $5.00 month.

Membership access provides high-value nonprofit resources for nonprofit professionals at every level (entry-level, mid-managers, senior managers, and Executive Directors/CEOs. NANPP offers inclusive leadership training to our colleagues across the nonprofit sector highlighting the role inclusive leadership plays in advancing the ability to attract, select, develop, and retain a diverse nonprofit workforce. Supported by external research, the training is organized around the four pillars of inclusive leadership: belonging, voice, fairness, and growth.

We provide specialized services for the nonprofit professional to help you find a job, excel in your position, assistance with your resume and online presence as well as provide an online job bank and our nonprofit jobs Facebook group.

NANPP provides unique programs and services to members including professional networking travel opportunities, a career exploration program for high school students, scholarships for college students, and a national awards program for nonprofit employees.
